Pricing and payment terms for mandates signed after June 1, 2018
The fees are payable by the seller
The fees are payable in cash at the signing of the final deed of sale.
The fees are expressed inclusive of all taxes and are calculated by adding up the fees calculated on slices of the sale price, as follows:
- 5% VAT on the price range up to €500,000 (slice 1)
- 4.5% VAT on the price range between €500,001 and €1,200,000 (slice 2)
- 3.90% VAT on the price range between €1,200,001 and €2,500,000 (slice 3)
- 3.50% VAT on the price range above €2,500,001 (slice 4)
Example for a sale price of €2,800,000 the fees due are €117,700 VAT included, calculated as follows:
- slice 1: €500,000 x 5% VAT = €25,000 VAT included |
- slice 2: €700,000 x 4.5% VAT = €31,500 VAT included |
- slice 3: €1,300,000 x 3.90% VAT = €50,700 VAT included |
- slice 4: €300,000 x 3.5% VAT = €10,500 VAT included |
TOTAL = €117,700 VAT included |
